Jamie Brose, born in Kenora, Ontario in 1960, grew up surrounded by music, singing four-part harmony grace before meals, under the tutelage of his father who was a full-time music teacher. Transitioning from a corporate career, Jamie has devoted himself to decades of performing, teaching, and composing, describing music as a stabilizing force in his life. Recognized internationally for his original music, Jamie's work has garnered numerous awards, supported by producer Walter Rossi's endorsement for its commercial value. Since 2013, Jamie has consistently earned accolades in prestigious songwriting contests like the UK Songwriting Contest and Song of the Year Awards, winning over 40 awards, including a top ranking in the "Song of the Year" competition. His song "Badlands" topped the Rock category at the 2018 UKSC, judged by renowned producer Stuart Epps.
