Between criminal investigations, her nutty family’s antics and her Aunt Beatrice Lulu's matchmaking, Callie definitely has her work cut out for her. Will her grandmother be exonerated? Aunt Beatrice Lulu is back and creating more havoc than ever. When a body falls out of a chimney in their newly purchased cabin, she takes it upon herself to investigate. Just because her niece is Chief of Police doesn’t mean she should mind her own business. Even her husband can’t control his busy body wife. It doesn’t end there, too many things happening for Beatrice Lulu to overlook. She’s bound and determined to figure things out on her own.

I met Aunt Beatrice Lulu and loved her. If you don’t read anything else this year, treat yourself to Roseanne Dowell’s All’s Well That End’s Well and have some great laughs. I was so reminded of my own life and emotions, and it was awesome to know I wasn’t alone in being an aging woman with body issues to face. I definitely identified with the bathing suit scene.

 Reviews:

Everyone's family should have an Aunt Beatrice Lulu and an Uncle Ed. If you don't have one, get yours here! It's not that Aunt Bea looks for problems, it's just that she's so great at solving them, they just naturally gravitate right to her! - Gail Roughton

Lovable, but strong-headed, Beatrice Lulu is back in this third book in the Family Affair series. The book opens with a surprising twist in Beatrice Lulu's personality. What will Ed and the family do for her? I loved the story line that involved the animal rescue shelter and all the characters there. The ending was not what I expected and I loved that twist. Look at the cover and you'll giggle. Read the story for even more giggles. I'd recommend this story if you want to escape from reality. Janet Glaser
