DK Davis writes YA sci-fi, supernatural, and fantasy with a good dollop of all the relationships woven in between. When she’s not writing, editing, or reading, she’s hiking, RV’ing, fishing, spending time with grandchildren or her favorite muse (her husband) in Southwest Michigan.

Bri, seventeen-year-old ghost-seer, keeps her ability under wraps at the new school until a murdered couple from the 60’s asks for help.

Kyle, a high school jock, realizes the new girl lives next door; she’s crazy cute, goth-odd, and too convenient to ignore. Max, Kyle’s best friend, only sees Bri as a wicked threat.  Luke, Bri’s gay best friend, moves in for the summer, escaping his  abusive father.  Paths cross, sparks spew…will anyone remain the  same after?

Amazon Customer Review:  BY JD

I LOVE THIS BOOK. Seriously, once I started reading it I couldn't put it down. I did nothing else all day except read and I finished it in two days (because I had to sleep lol).

Bri Lancaster can see ghosts, something she inherited from her grandmother. It makes her an outcast to just about everyone except her grandfather and best friend Luke -- Until her new neighbor Kyle comes along. He's hooked on Bri's uniqueness and -as we find out- has a little bit in common with Bri when it comes to the ghostly things. Good thing too, because a couple of Bri's ghost friends are IN danger and need help fast!

The group works together to help Bri, but there's a lot of secrets causing tension between them as well. They have to work out their differences and hang ups to survive the evil that lurks.

This was such a fun Young Adult story. Even though it's book 2 in a series, it stands completely on it's own. I know because I read this one first. Now I'm going to read book 1. And I hope book 3 comes out soon!

I'm an independent reviewer for Romance Authors That

Rock / Kindle unlimited purchase.  When I read the title

I was excited about having the opportunity to read a wolf

shifter book. Well that was not the case. And I was not

disappointed.

Here you have a wonderful story about a young woman named Sam and her dog Koko. Sam's father died 2 years ago. With her mother's marriage to her father's best friend she is left at her aunt's resort during their honeymoon. To feel closer to her father she spends hours fishing the lake, and finds a friend in need.

Amazon says it should take you about 3 hours to read this. I warn you, make sure you have them 3 hours planned in advance, you will not want to stop reading untill the end.....I recommend this book to  YA readers as this is the age group the author is shooting for. But in my opinion anyone willenjoy this book.

The Book Junkie Reads Review

This has the drama of a teenager world. The isolation that comes with blending in to a new family. The confusion of the loss of a parent. The reality of how life can keep coming even when you are ready to give up and just let go of it all. Sam, Lisa, Mike, and Umdare have themselves a lot of catching up to do with this one. Trust, respect, understanding, and much more are needed if they want to make it to the next stages of what was coming their way. This was a young adult sci-fi/fantasy that gave the drama, brought on the mystery, and even had a bit of suspense holding you up in place. I am captivated and looking forward to the next installment.
